Markus Pauli, President
Markus has more than 15 years of experience managing and growing technology companies in Canada the US, Europe, China, India and Australia. Markus previously served on the Executive team of Coe Newnes McGehee, a world leader in lumber processing and optimization systems as head of Worldwide Operations and International Business Development and as Chief Operating Officer of Romaco, a Swiss based manufacturer of pharmaceutical processing and control systems with operations around the world. Previously Markus spent 10 years with Alcatel, where he was instrumental in setting up the German and North American Conductors Divisions as well as Alcatel Optronics Operations in Dallas, Tx. Markus holds an advanced engineering degree (Dipl.-Ing.) and an undergraduate degree in political sciences both from the University of Technology Aachen, Germany (RWTH). He has also completed the Alcatel International Masters program, in cooperation with Ecole de Management Lyon, France.
Darren Ho, Director of Engineering
Darren has been active in the development of embedded wireless data technology for the past 16 years with Digital Dispatch. As the director of engineering, he is responsible for leading a team of talented and experienced engineers to develop state of the art wireless products. He and the Digital Wireless engineering team brings a rich depth of experience in the field of hardware design, embedded operating systems and communication system architecture.
Adam W. Grosser, Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Adam Grosser has over 25 years of national and global sales, marketing, business development and executive management experience applied to advanced technical systems and solutions in various industries. He is responsible for developing and implementing aggressive growth strategies through worldwide sales channel partnerships including OEMs, system integrators, application solution developers and system resellers.
Prior to joining Digital Wireless, Adam held international management positions while living in the United States and working for Covidien/Tyco Healthcare, and LEC Global. He also worked in international business development, global marketing and senior product management while with Hewlett-Packard Company (HP) in USA/Germany/Canada, and sales management and national business development while with Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) in Canada. He has conducted business in over 115 countries.
Mr. Grosser earned his B.Sc. in Engineering from the University of Alberta, Canada. While with Digital Equipment Corporation, he completed comprehensive training programs in Project, Product, and Program Management. He earned post-graduate certificates in General Management from University of Western Ontario (London, Ontario, Canada), as well as in Marketing from Queen’s University (Kingston, Ontario, Canada) and UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management (Los Angeles, California, USA).
